As you may know, UTVs are becoming increasingly popular among enthusiasts for both recreation and racing. Polaris Off Road is taking off-road racing to the next level with their new RZR Factory Racing program and purpose-built, race-ready UTV. They have assembled a team of 12 top-notch professionals, including management, crew chiefs, and mechanics, with over 150 years of combined off-road experience, working together to make this program successful. The race machine will be piloted by three skilled young drivers: Austin Weiland, Brock Heger, and Cayden MacCachren, who all have significant experience and accolades in off-road racing. This program is a game-changer for the UTV racing industry as it offers a level of support and expertise that has never been seen before. The team has garnered significant sponsors, including Rockford Fosgate, Synchrony, Progressive Insurance, and GoPro, and has partnered with big names in off-road racing, such as Fox Racing for apparel design, Fox Shocks for suspension technology, and BFGoodrich Tires and Method Race Wheels.Overall, this new Polaris Factory Racing Program is shaking things up in the off-road racing world, and it will be exciting to see what they can do and how others follow suit!Stay tuned for more information about the purpose-built Polaris Factory Racing UTV, which will be released on March 15th.
The season will kick off at the San Felipe 250 on March 28-April 2, followed by the Baja 400 from May 31-June 4, Vegas to Reno on August 16-20, the Baja 500 on September 12-17, and the Baja 1000 on November 13-18.
