EASY TO INSTALL AND SIMPLE TO USE
The MXT275 comes with everything you need for a quick and easy install, including a mounting bracket and hardware, 12V power cord with DC adapter, detachable antenna, and magnetic mount with a 6-meter cable. The controls live on the mic, making it simple and straightforward to use. With 15 pre-programmed channels, it comes ready to use out of the box – no programming required. Additionally, there is no tuning of the antenna required like there is with CB.
You can quickly communicate with other walkie talkies and MicroMobiles with the MXT275. This radio can communicate with all Family Radio Service (FRS) / General Mobile Radio Service (GMRS) radios no (GMRS) radios no matter which brand of radio you or your adventure buddies may already have.
NOAA WEATHER ALERT AND REPEATER CHANNELS
We all know how frustrating – and dangerous – it can be when you’re stuck in the middle of a powerful storm while on the trail. The MXT275 includes a NOAA Weather Alert to make sure you’re aware at all times of incoming weather. It receives alerts directly from the National Weather Service, so you know when to take cover without having to rely on cell phone service. Need even more range? The MXT275 features 8 high-powered repeater capable channels. You can extend your operating range even further in obstructed terrain by using a repeater and these channels. The MXT275 is quickly becoming the new standard in off-road communication.
